TinCaps hosting job fair

DYLAN SINN | The Journal Gazette

The TinCaps are hosting a job fair at Parkview Field's Suite Level Lounge on March 11-12 in search of seasonal employees for the upcoming season. The fair will be from 5-7 p.m. on both days.

The TinCaps hire around 600 part-time workers to serve in a variety of roles around Parkview Field for home games, such as dishwashers, bartenders, wait staff and parking attendants. This year for the first time at the job fair, attendees can apply to be the TinCaps' mascot, Johnny TinCap. Those who plan to do so should come to the fair in athletic attire.

Candidates are encouraged to fill out an application at http://www.milb.com/documents/4/0/4/312087404/2020_TinCapsApplication.pdf and bring it to the job fair with them. Those who can't make it to the job fair can still apply at www.TinCapsJobs.com. Those who have already submitted a 2020 application with the team don't need to attend.
