Two Indiana Tech soccer players, a volleyball player and golfer all earned Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference player of the week honors on Monday.
Freshman Noe Garcia was named the Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week after scoring three goals in Saturday's 6-1 win over Siena Heights. Junior goalkeeper Edwin Rosado made 10 saves and allowed two goals in two games as the Warriors moved into first place in the WHAC.
Madeline MacDonald, a Leo graduate, was named the WHAC Women's Volleyball Defender of the Week after recording 77 digs over 14 sets as the Warriors went 4-0 at the Liz Lykowski Memorial Tournament. She had a .964 reception percentage at the tournament and had 31 digs in a 3-2 win over Spring Arbor.
Indiana Tech freshman Carissa Graft was named the conference Women's Golfer of the Week for the consecutive week. She won her third WHAC Jamboree title of the year with a 36-hole score of 147 and led the Warriors to their second team title of the season. She was also named the WHAC Golfer of the Year after the event.
