Snider senior offensive lineman Randy Holtz is one of the six finalists for Mr. Football, the IndyStar announced on Friday. Holtz had already been named the Mr. Football Position Award winner for offensive linemen.
The Panthers went 7-3 this season. He has not committed to a college program but has announced that he will be visiting Indiana this weekend.
The other finalists are wide receiver Richard Hamilton of North Central, defensive lineman Kyle King and running back Charlie Spegal, both of Class 5A state champion New Palestine, linebacker Ty Wise of Class 6A champion Carmel and quarterback Spencer Wright, who has won back-to-back Class 2A titles with Western Boone.
