Outlook: The Mastodons are coming off a 70-61 home loss to defending conference champion South Dakota State a week ago. They fell despite turning the ball over a season-low six times and going 13 for 14 at the foul line. ... PFW has won three straight against Oral Roberts and five straight at home dating back to 2012. ... The Mastodons have been successful rebounding in conference play, with an average margin of plus-6 that leads the Summit League. They have grabbed double-digit offensive rebounds in nine straight games, the longest streak for the program since another nine-game stretch in 2012-13. ... Sophomore guard Jarred Godfrey leads PFW at 16.4 points per game, seventh overall in the Summit League. He is also fifth in the league in assists with 63 and second in minutes per game at 33.9. ... PFW leads the conference in steals at 7.3 per game and had eight against the Jackrabbits on Jan. 11. ... The Mastodons rank 17th nationally in 3-point attempts at 26.3 per game. They haven't hit them at a particularly high rate, however, knocking down only 32%, good for 244th nationally. Against SDSU, they went just 4 for 26 (15.4%) . ... Oral Roberts has not finished above .500 since 2014-15, but has won three straight (Western Illinois, North Dakota, North Dakota State). The Golden Eagles have four players averaging in double-figures in scoring, led by 6-foot-8 senior Emmanuel Nzekwesi (15.3). He also grabs 9.6 rebounds per game. ...
